An Accredited and certified Animal (cat & dog) First Aid Course directed at pet owners and pet professionals i.e. canine hydrotherapists, vet physio therapists, groomers, dog walkers, day care, kennel, cattery staff and anyone working within the domestic pet industry.

The course is certified by CPD UK (offering 6 hours CPD), accredited by AMTRA (offering 14 points) and CHA (refresher), meets NARCH requirements and ICH CPD criteria.

In a relaxed environment in groups of 5 to 12 people, you will learn how to deal with a wide variety of scenarios that can affect animals within your care. All courses are delivered by a experienced, qualified, registered veterinary nurse with a certificate in emergency and critical care.

Pet Owners First Aid Kits contain carefully chosen contents in individually selected bags and are aimed specifically at pet owners and pet professionals for animals. The First Aid Kits are not designed to take the place of veterinary treatment. Prices exclude postage.

Full Green kit- ÂŁ22

The green kit has everything you might need for first aid in an emergency situation prior to arriving at the veterinary surgery.  It is designed to be kept at home or in the car but can be carried out on walks and is waterproof.  The contents in this kit allow more comprehensive first aid treatment than the mini kit. 

Contents: Tourniquet, Gauze swabs, Wound dressing, Scissors, Tweezers, 5cm bandage, 7.5cm bandage, Sticky Tape, Tick remover, Foil blanket, Cold pack, Sterile saline pods, Cotton Wool, Gloves.

Lightweight Mini Kit – ÂŁ18

The mini first aid kit has been put together with the dog walker in mind, it is lightweight and  waterproof, there is a small handy side pocket,  a cord to go around the neck and a clip on the back making it easy to carry.  It has basic first aid supplies to deal with a wide variety of situations until you can get your dog to the veterinary surgery.

Contents: Tourniquet, Wound dressing, Scissors, Tweezers, 5cm bandage, Sticky Tape, Tick remover, Gloves.
